The plagiarism test will be conducted on the manuscript at the time of submission to ensure the quality of work. Similar to HEC policy, if any submitted manuscript has been is proved to be copied/ plagiarized (having a similarity index of more than 19%), it will either be rejected or left at the discretion of the editor for a conditional acceptance.
